LES utilizes the project manager approach, with a principal of the firm acting as Principal Project Manager on all studies.  The Principal Project Manager will initially meet with the Project Manager and appropriate staff to develop the project approach, thus allowing all involved to understand the objectives and specific needs of the client.  The Principal Project Manager will also participate in the data assessment phase of the project and will provide ultimate report review and approval before submittal.  The Principal Project Manager approach provides LES with the quality assurance mechanism that has allowed senior staff input at critical stages, providing a level of cost effective professionalism and thoroughness that has become a trait with LES.

LES assures prompt response by keeping key services, such as laboratory facilities, soil drilling equipment and remediation contractors on call and under contract.  The firm can also respond quickly to your needs for budget information as an up-to-the-minute progress report on work completed.
